For over a decade, Oscar Salinas has served as a dedicated prosecutor here in Bexar County, handling everything from misdemeanors to serious felony cases. His years in the courtroom have given him a clear view of both the strengths and the challenges within our justice system.

Oscar is running for District Attorney because he believes it’s time for a leader who brings experience, balance, and integrity back to the office. Someone who understands that justice isn’t just about convictions, it’s about people.

Born and raised in Brownsville, Texas, Oscar built his career on the belief that accountability and fairness can coexist. He knows that safer communities start with trust between law enforcement, prosecutors, and the people they serve.

When he’s not in the courtroom, Oscar is on the field coaching his kids in soccer and baseball, and staying active in the same community he’s proud to protect.
